Anyone know of a way to clean/dust 2-story foyers?

My foyer is 2 stories high. I'm starting to get spider webs and wanted to know if there was any kind of telescoping duster or something that I could use instead of a ladder (I'm afraid of heights). Where can I get something like that? Any suggestions?

Frontgate catalog has the best one I've seen as it has interchangeable cleaning tool options for hard to reach locations. But it's also longer than those you might find at Linens n Things or Bed Bath & Beyond. You can check them out on line too.
