That outfit is a bit low cut and the heels are too high. Try a more conservative business suit and blouse. As for your accessories, keep the jewelry to a minimum but do include a watch. As the pantyhose, get a nice sheer department store (quality) brand either nude or tan. As for the shoes try a low heeled, closed toe black pump. Please look at the link below for more hints.
Good luck and have fun!

Where is the link to view the suit?
I am a paralegal and I just wore dress pants with panty hose, dress shoes, a white collar shirt and vest to my interview. But I live in Arizona and suits are unpracticle most of the year. Do not wear those "pizza toe" spike heels shoes to your interview. You don't want to wear shoes that have very high heels or are too sexy. Just wear pumps.
Best of luck on your interview!!!
Edit: That outfit isn't really appropriate for a job interview. If you really want to wear a skirt suit then I would suggest this one over the one you picked. http://www2.victoriassecret.com/commerce/application/prodDisplay/?namespace=productDisplay&origin=onlineProductDisplay.jsp&event=display&prnbr=3E-213864&page=1&cgname=OSCLOSUIZZZ&rfnbr=2253

I saw the suit and it is more suited for an evening out, it is too sexy for an interview. Your suit should be more conservative, and not be that low in the front nor a front slit in the front that goes above the knee.
Shoes should match, heel not higher than 2.5". Do not wear a bunch of jewelry. Simple necklace and earrings will do fine. Do wear hose for an interview that are closest to you skin tone. Someone said don't wear hose, yet all the business women I know wear them. Your call.

I have no clue what suit you're talking about, but I'll tell you what you should do. If you haven't heard by now, the power-color is red. If you wear red, whether a red dress, red blouse, or whatever else there may be, you will have a better chance. There is, however a limit to that effect. If you were to dress like a, let's say, working girl (prostitute), they won't take you seriously.
As long as it looks professional, you shouldn't have much to worry about. You should be able to charm them off their chairs.

Yes, it looks fine, and yes wear stockings! Especially in the legal profession. I am in banking, and in my office any woman who does not wear hose id looked on as badly as a man coming to work in loafers and no socks.
I don't like pantyhose, so I wear thi-highs and stockings everyday instead, but it's your choice, I would wear sheer black stockings, and simple black pumps with that dress for an interview. Small earrings and a simple necklace are all the accessories you need.
Remember your legs cover a lot more than your jewelry, so get good sheer stockings, not the nasty cheap kind.

Definitely!
I would wear pantyhose, either sheer or black.
Black shoes with small heels and a pointed toe.
As for accessories, keep it simple. Perhaps a matching beaded necklace and bracelet.
Good luck with your interview!

cant see the suit, but to all formal interviews, stockings are required along with closed-toe shoes. go to victoriassecret.com and click on "suits", it'll show you examples of professional apparel.

Uhmmmmmm....where's da soot?........
FYI, a nice professional ladies suit (dark blue) is standard attire for interviews. Stockings are a no no....don't wear too high a heel that you cannot walk with assured steps!

It would be great :) I'd definitely wear pantyhose with it too...black or maybe nude, and some heels. Some nice black pumps would look nice.
