We've gone to see Lisa Lampanelli a few times and she is hilarious (although needs new material). I also like Lewis Black, Sarah Silverman, Chris Rock, Dane Cook, all the blue collar guys (especially Larry the Cable Guy)...there's many others. I have XM radio and channel 150 has the best comedians on!

Jeff Dunham is in a class all his own when it comes to ventriloquists. If you have not gotten a chance, watch some clips of his new special "Sparks of Insanity". You can find them on YouTube. His new puppet the suicide bomber is hilarious. Another guy whose comedy I love is Rodney Carrington, who is also one of my neighbors. He is a "potty mouth" at times so I wouldn't recommend him to younger audiences.
Additional: Had to add Lewis Black. His performance in the movie "Accepted" still has me rolling.

My Favorites are Bernie Mac, Katt Williams and Dave Chappelle.I've seen at least 2 standups of each and almost died laughing at all of em lol.
