Except George W Bush. Even child molesters were just the product of their environment.

if you seek understanding you will cease to be judgmental. blame is not useful.

for example: you can recognize that there are cause/effect factors that create child molesters, and still maintain that, for the public good, they go to jail. if you just assign blame you do nothing to understand causes, and therefore do nothing to prevent the problem. you just become part of the problem.

Why is it NEVER a republicans fault with the right?

Here we have a President that has saddled the nation with a ten Trillion Dollar deficit, lied to the country and gotten us into an unnessessary war, managed to get the USA on the top of the World's Most Hated Nations list, tossed out the constitution and wiretaps citizens without warrants, election fraud, totally negated the Geneva convention

You guys are too much

Why wasn't the arming and training of the mujahideen that morphed into Al Qaeda Ronald Reagan's fault????????

Could it be that the Soviet Union knew BETTER than we did what was actually happening in Afghanistan? Did they see the Taliban as the greatest threat to not only the USSR but the world?

[ The Soviet war in Afghanistan also known as the Soviet-Afghan War was a nine-year conflict involving Soviet forces supporting Afghanistan's Marxist People's Democratic Party of Afghanistan (PDPA) government against the largely Islamic fundamentalist Mujahideen insurgents. The latter group found support from a variety of sources including the United States, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and other Muslim nations in the context of the Cold War. ]

American foreign policy IS AT FAULT in so many things you guys ignore. Your ideology has had consequences the world can no longer ignore.

It's called "moral relativism". They can excuse just about any horrible behavior. For goodness sakes, Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins named one of their kids after a convicted murderer!! (Good thing they have money - that kid is going to need some serious therapy.)

Sadly, I really feel that moral relativism has taken over America. Conservatives USED to stand for morals and ethics, but just look at our politicians - or some of the raving lunatics here on Yahoo! I don't buy the excuse of "well, they do it too!" - that shows a serious loss of morals and ethics. I think it's sad.

OH, I don't know, why is that ever oppressed group in this country is "responsible" for their own oppression in the eyes of the right wingers?
Why is stress. low pay,and and danger an excuse when a pig or marine kills an Innocent person in Iraq or LA, and the same excuse doesn't work when a poor person or a Iraqi shoots back?
poverty and occupation are stressful and dangerous.

as much as you hate Darwinism as an explanation for how we got here,it is your preferred theory for running society. the conservative world view can be summed up by : IF GOD DID NOT WANT THEM TO BE SHEARED, HE WOULD NOT HAVE MADE THEM SHEEP.
The cute part is most of you have about as much to gain from the right wing agenda as I do from joining the 700 Club!

This is simple, because if we started making judgements about what is right and what is wrong and making people accountable for what they do then Democrats and most other left-wing followers would be called out, put in jail, shunned by society, removed from office, etc. Their entire world of control and power would collapse.

As long as the left continues to try to push for no morals, no values, no judgements, no right and wrong then they can get away with anything.

We have slipped so far in the this great nation. It is time to pick up the pieces and return to our roots.

I have to disagree.

It's not that it's "never any ones fault" ...to the left it's always someone ELS's fault. That is why we have so damn many law suits.

If you spill hot coffee on your own lap, well it's not your fault for being clumsy it's the restaurants fault for making the coffee too hot.

Or if you crash your car because your going too fast on wet roads and can't drive....it's the car manufacturers fault for making a car that can't do a 180 at 70 miles per hour.

No, they place plenty of blame, but never on themselves..

Yet another strawman assertion. Do you have any particular, solid evidence to back up your comment?
