Hi,
I absolutely love the snow. We live in the middle of nowhere and when it snows here, we do get snowed in. A few years ago, the snow was so deep that at times it was past my knees when I sunk into it as I was walking. We went out into the fields, visited neighbours, dragged our (elderly) neighbours out and all had fun. As soon as it snows we're out building snowmen and now as soon as it snows, my children ... all over 20 now, head my way because everyone wants to be snowed in here!!! Trouble is the winter's are getting warmer now and we don't get snow so often.

True - I live in ny and when i was a kid my dad used to take his tractor and make this huge huge snow pile and we could slide down it. We also tried to climb to the top but that was a bit hard since it was so tall.. i would say it was around 15 feet tall.. No Lie.. We live on a farm so he used the perfect tractor..
But now i play with my three kids in the snow.. there still little and now we dont get as much snow as we did back then but still have fun..

True, but it was very long ago. I made a few snowmen, a snowfort or two, about a dozen snowball fights and probably a few "snow angels" when I was really young. (In case you never heard of them, it's where you lie in the snow and move your arms and legs back and forth)

True: I live in New Hampsire we get snow often When I was a kid my dad would build us igloos and we would always want to sleep in them. We also used to jump off the roof into a pile of snow. Seriously I have done a lot in the snow...good times

That is definitely true and it was and is so much fun to be quite honest with you. You can tackle your friends in the snow, build snowmen, and have snowball fights and then when you come inside to your house have some hot chocolate.

i have a couple times...when i was DC and it snowed up. It got so bad we couldnt go anywhere so we just went outside and jumped around in the snow...made snow angels and had snowball fights long time ago though.

true doesn't everyone as a kid? and i still do because my son loves to sled well i guess not everyone due to where they live and the craziest thing i seen while sledding was two girls going down on opposite side of a bowl and they collided and the one girl had a seizure and it was very scary and my son was there the poor kids were terrified but i think the girl ended up being OK

I have and I shall again if the fates so decree. I have held one snowflake on a cold black surface for intricate inspection. I have caught them on my eyelashes and enjoyed all sorts of 'winter' fun including the exquisite warmth of bonfires to 'thaw' the snow people constructed by children of all ages. "Angels' have appeared to delight me and 'virgin' fields have shown my path. I continue to enjoy icicles and branches barren in the moonlight. Such beauty as I have seen is part of who I am.

Yes...we make snow angels and snowmen. I also like to throw snowballs. My son loves going sledding.
