says the ancient Greeks in 150 BC first detected precession, but says nothing about the Mayans in that regard.

says the Mayans knew about precession in Pleiades but I am sure they didn't link it to movement of the earth.

So, I'd say yes but they didn't know what caused it. I think it's similar to the "epicycles" old astronomers used to talk about.

In spite of some baseless speculation, it is highly unlikely that Mayans knew of precession.
