I write to my representatives, attend war protests and do whatever I can do to support the troops. I DO NOT however, support the war.
I think I'm pretty darn patriotic.

There are some important issues to have till now submitting, or contacting the officer's branch. Have the officer's call and badge variety alongside with the top time and site the place this mistreatment occurred besides as names of any persons which have been there to witness it. in case you haven't any longer have been given the officer's call and badge, the time and site alongside with an fairly targeted description of the officer would suffice.

In this day and age and the way things are going with the Repubs in power you will be targeted if you complain against someone with power. Maybe you will lose your job, or you will get a tax audit, or one day they may come knocking at your door and take you to Cuba because you are a terrorist and you won't be able to do a thing about that because we gave up our constitutional right of due process. You only need to be "suspected of terrorist activities" not be one. No proof and no reasons need be given. Say hello to the guy that is torturing you. You won't have an attorney or any contact with your family or friends either.

Have you ever registered a complaint? All you get back is a generic form letter that is like a horoscope from the newspaper.

Of course I do! That's the most important weapon we have to fight against the wrongdoers WHO have got the power.

No, not because I think it would be 'unpatriotic,' rather, simply because I think it would be futile - at best. (At worst, it could concievably lead to petty bureacratic reprisals).
