That debate yesterday, it seemed like every ten minutes someone was saying "I'm just like Ronald Reagan".

I think theres a danger to putting another senile old man in the white house. I think thats why John McCain's numbers have gone down.

Note to Republicans: Stop saying you wanna be like the Gipper ok guys!

I sure did notice that.
At times I wonder, was Reagan really that great, or was he a just great actor?

Regan happens to be the last great president of this country. The Bushes are just stand ins and Clinton was and still is a corrupt adultery that shot missiles at Bin Laden to cover up his scandal. Regan WON the cold war by standing by his principles. There is no doubt why any candidate would want to compare themselves to Regan. We had Reganomics that put our economy where it needed to be. It was stable. Not Bullish or bearish. During the 8 years Regan was in office we were a Superpower. Every since then we have found less and less ways to be Super.

Actually its hard to argue that reagan wasnt a very president, I voted for him twice.....but for any of these idiots to compare themselves to Reagan is about as rediculous as Carter comparing himself to FDR

Okay, if Clinton and Obama stop trying to be Marx. You don't want a conservative I don't want a socialist. I have read Marx have you bothered to read Reagan?
