Well I didn't see them first time around (the Keystone Cops) but I did see the reruns.
The the biggest differences between the Keystone Cops and Congress? The Keystone Cops were more efficient and they were funny. Congress as a whole is so far past laughable they are pathetic. I get a frown on my face just thinking about what they could be doing but aren't.
Got to put on the Keystone Cops so I can get a real laugh.

The keystone cops were more intelligent.
These people are running around looking like a bunch of monkeys trying to f*** a football.
Both parties are a great disappointment.

Not quiet.They do not have a movie about themselves and their actions. Pity!!! It would be a really funny movie.
