I am just doing the first problem :
4 ½ is 9/2 when converted to a fraction. Use the LCD
7 ½ is 15/2

Therefore 9/2 / 15/2

This is the same as multiplying 9/2 by 2/15
= 18/30
Factor it out to get 9/15 reducing this to the simplest form you get 3/5.

Change all of them to improper fractions. Instead of dividing, multiply by the reciprocal. So 4 1/2 divided by 7 1/2 would be 9/2 divided by 15/2, or 9/2 multiplied by 2/15, or 18/30. Don't forget to simplify.

The answers for those problems should be :

1) 3/5
2) 75/49
3) 16/27
4) 9/10
5) 14/3

The method I did those problems was convert the number to fraction and then do the division step. And that's it !

Hope this help !!
