Better question. What happens to all the private contractors working in Iraq to help them rebuild their country? What happens to those men and women? Are they destined to be beheaded like many others that have went to "help the Iraqi people"?

That is the beauty of contractors. Once you are done with them, you just let them go. They are not government employees, they lose their jobs in Iraq they are out of work.
