I became addicted to traditional italian style pizza called Margherita pizza when I was in Italy. It's thin crust, fresh tomato, basil and mozzerela. It's so fresh and wonderful tasting. California Pizza Kitchen has a pretty good one but Vito's in SF makes a truly authentic one. As good as the one I had in Florence. YUM!
