How can i put my wife in jail who beats me and is unable to control her temper ?

I doubt you will succeed in putting your wife in jail for beating you. If it was that easy half the husbands in this country would be in jail.

But domestic violence by either spouse is not acceptable. And just because you are a man does not mean you are immune to the pain of abuse.

Talk to some organisations who work on domestic violence and they may give you some advice. Generally it is recommended to separate from an abusive spouse, especially if the abuse is life-threatening.

But if this is a mutual thing, i.e. if you have also beaten her , or emotionally or verbally abused her at any time, then I would not recommend making any case against her, because you will find the tables turned and that you would be considered the offender, and her actions a response or self defence.

you cannot put someone in jail. the state has to do that by charging her with a crime and then her getting found guilty or doing a plea bargain that includes jail time. Start taking pictures and gathering the evidence that jurors will need to convict her. start calling the cops when this happens.
i can't help but wonder why you want her in jail, typically what domestic violence victims need is safety and protection (ie to be away from the person). Once you move out and are away, get a protective order so that if she comes near you she has committed a crime that she can be charged with (violating the order). You need the help of courts to make your wish come true. In the meantime, to protect yourself you must leave, move out, don't tell her where you are going. really that's a better solution.

Report a case of assault and battery to the nearest police station immediately after you have been beaten. If you have a few witnesses, that would make your case stronger. Let the police do the needful after taking your complaint. In the meantime file a case of divorce on account of domestic violence. Do these after consulting a good lawyer.

That's tough. I couldn't even get my exhusband put in jail and he's large and scary. Unfortunatley, the police may not take it seriously. If you want to try to get her in jail, call the police next time she assaults you. But I would more strongly suggest you just get out of there!

You call the cops and file on her for assult I believe its called Domestic Abuse and follow through. Many men are beat by their wives so few report though. My husband will never hit a woman his ex gf (mother of his daughter) that he dated off and on for almost 16 yrs would hit him. She broke his ankels hitting them with a sledge hammer while he slept, he woke to her choking him, she stabbed him, chased him down in her truch while he rode his horse when the horse spooked enough and threw him she ran his legs over, she cheated on him. When she'd fight with him she'd then hurt herself and call the cops saying HE did it to her so she did what she did in defense.

Its easy to put somebody to behind the bars,than to convert him\her to be good. Go to a good psychologist to check her.
And try once to analyse yourself if you are not committing any mistake. What is your problem, you have not mentioned.
