Well, I'm not going to give you the answer, just a hint or two. The (-96) would be come a positive 96 and you would times it by 75 then subtract by 82. I hope this helps:

E-exponents 4power of 2, would be 4X4=16
M-Multiply
D-divide

S-subtract

1st: you multiply -75 and -98 ,
then just do the math

2+2+(-75*-98)-82

2+2+7350-82= 7272
