Well, when something pops like that it is more than likely due to not having enough cartiladge around the joint. So, go to your Walmart or pharmacy and pick up some Glucosamine Chondrite. This will NOT build/regrow cartilage; however, it will help make what you do have stronger. Good luck!!

I have the same problem and I've had it since I was a kid. If you put your hand on it when you walk, it kinda "clicks" out and gets sore from time to time. I went to my doctor who had no idea what I was talking about until I made him walk around the examing room with his hand on my hip. His recommendation? Just exercise more. Good luck.

Whenever I kneel down, my legs pop. I'm not sure for the reason, but maybe get it checked out. Try working out and stretching fluently too.

my friend has this. she actually found out she has a torn spinal disc or something. its pretty messed up, it made her leg longer than the other cuz her back is all mis-aligned. you need to go to phyical therapy, she may have to get surgery on it and so might you if you ignore it
