It depends. I once gave my jacket to a homeless boy I passed on the street at night. He needed it more than me, and didn't have to ask. I can afford another one, he couldn't. We never spoke a word during the exchange.

No, I don't let anyone put on my clothes not even just to fit it on. You always run the risk of someone else telling you that, that person looks better in it..
