My urine doesn't have sugar in so i'm not diabetic.
Could there be any other reasons for it?
I'm drinking so much water, i'm bringing it back up and i'm still thirsty!
I'm having to put my life on hold so i can go home and sleep all the time.
I'm at my wits end.

Causes of excessive thirst
* A recent salty or spicy meal
* Bleeding enough to cause a significant decrease in blood volume
* Diabetes
* Diabetes insipidus
* Drugs such as anticholinergics, demeclocycline, diuretics, phenothiazines
* Excessive loss of water and salt (possibly due to not drinking enough water, profuse sweating, diarrhea, or vomiting)
* Loss of body fluids from the bloodstream into the tissues
due to:
o Conditions such as severe infections (sepsis) or
burns
o Heart, liver, or kidney failure
* Psychogenic polydipsia, the result of a mental disorder, is
a condition causes a person to drink too much
Bottom line: Get evaluated by a doctor

Your kidneys might not be working properly, you need to see a doctor. I would look for an ordinary MD who is open to the uses of alternative medicines, because a practitioner of Chinese medicine would say that the energy channels of your body are all off-kilter, which is why you are feeling out of sorts.
You might also need to consider allergies, that you're eating something that doesn't agree with you. Sometimes people consume milk for their whole life and are constantly ill, only to discover in their thirties that they are lactose intolerant.
You might also not be getting something that you need, you might be suffering from a vitamin deficiency of some kind.

If you have done a home check for diabetes it may be incorrect as your symptoms point towards that. Get your surgery nurse to do a professional check. If that is not the reason then you certainly need to have a word with your doctor - quickly.

Go and see a doctor, he is the only one who can give you a proper answer. The may need to do a blood test to double check that you don't have diabetes.
Additional Details:
See another doctor. Demand a blood test. Your health is most important and not all doctors are right. It's always wise to get a second opinion.

I would push for a blood test. Excessive thirst and lethargy can be caused by quite a few things like diabetes, poor kidney function, or thyroid imbalance. Don't accept "a bit run down."

since you are at your wits end it is time to see your Dr for a full and complete physical. this is your life. why second guess what going on?
not insulting the people in YA! at all because many are very wise and great thinkers who have great solutions/answers but if you had a child and you had to go somewhere without the child, would you leave the child alone in front of a TV or would you find a responsible adult to watch after your child while you are unable to attend to your child?
take care of your inner child with a responsible visit to your Dr.

⥠Those are definetly 2 major signs of diabetes. It can easily be missed in a urine test, so I would speak with your doctor and request a blood test. Good Luck!

See your doctor and ask for a fasting glucose blood test, also tell your doc if you have other symptoms eg. blurred vision, thrush,lack of energy, unexplained weight loss,lack of feeling in feet. Ask your family if anyone is diabetic as there can be a familial tendecy for diabetes.It's also possible to get a quick reading of your blood sugar at some pharmacies.
I urge you to get yourself checked out asap. if only to rule out diabetes.

you should definately go and see you GP as soon as possible. it might turn out to be nothing but there is all sorts off problems that produce the symptoms you have described. a simple blood or urine test could put your mind at ease, and help explain why you feel like this.
