Does anyone have access to cellphone number lookups by name?

As far as I know the cell phone directory will be published soon. I chose not to have my number listed because I would receive all kinds of calls which I will be billed for. If you too, want to sign up for Do Not Call, the number is 888 382-1222. Sorry I can't help you with the person listed. Have you thought of putting an ad in the newspaper to locate him? Good luck.
