This movie is set in a time when humans are forced to hide from aliens. Aliens have somewhat conquered us and many humans live in caves. But there are humans who are captured by the aliens and forced to become slaves. This movie is about this man who was captured by the aliens and became a slave. I remember one scene from the movie in which the man was in a ruined libary reading about the past achivements of humanity.

Zardoz.... starred Sean Connery. Source: Google Zardoz the movie, and it states in there that the main character is in a library....I have seen this movie..It was weird..
