Well there is a good side to looking at this problem , she obviously feels comfortable enough around you to flatulate in your presence , that's a sure sign of love in my book .
The problem can be easily solved with a can of fix-a-flat and she will be back to her normal self in no time . Also check for battery leakage if she is the smut talking version as a leaky battery could cause severe seam leakage .

are you sure it's not anal seepage. That's a side effect from a few medications.
