depends where you are and what you would be selling them for. If they have planning permission for houses then a lot more that just selloing them as grass fields.

A friend of mine is buying 7 acres in West Somerset for £30,000. There is NO WAY she will ever get planning permission on this land. Hope this gives you an idea, but really depends where you live. Around here, smaller (up to 2 acres) pony paddocks are worth much more per acre, so you might get more if you sell as 2 or 3 lots.

Dear there is no way for you to get the correct answer on here. All areas are totally different. There are many things involved. Contact a Realtor. They will look at all surrounding properties and give you the going rate in your area.

Depends entirely where you are.
In the middle of Manhattan could be worth a lot , in the middle of a Florida swamp nothing.

Too many things to consider to answer your question. Zoning would be a big factor. The "going rate" of the type land is also important to know.

working the soil via hand could be an particularly puzzling activity. Get a device in there to mow it despite if that's overgrown. See if a close-by farmer desires to artwork the land, in case you do no longer. you ought to plant some fruit timber and revel interior the fruit interior the destiny.

That depends on your locale. Is it near a big city or in the country? Is it accessible to a major highway or city sewer and water?
