Somthimes it sounds like a really loud heartbeat

I could possibly be some excess fluid behind your ear drum, but you might have a bug in your ear. It's not as farfetched as it may sound. There are cases reported regularly of bugs being removed from the ear canals of patients. They generally crawl in when you're sleeping and don't know it.

Try putting 2-3 drops of rubbing alcohol in each ear, and letting it sit a minute by holding the head to one side for a minute or two before allowing it to drain. Alcohol will also dry up any water that may be lingering in there.

If the alcohol doesn't relieve your symptoms within a day or two, go let a doctor have a look. You may simply have an ear infection.

ewwww it sounds like you have a bug in there go to the doc and get it flushed out

get it checked,or put a flashlight up to your ear,if its a bug,it will go towrd the light and set free
