We usually go to Tesco with Sainsburys as a change the prices are comparable and the stock slightly different. Asda does not gel with us and I do not know why. I go to Morrison's sometimes but avoid their fruit and veg particularly lettuce. Aldi Netto Lido we never go anywhere near.
We have no Watrrose the nearest being about 20 miles away in Southport. We were not impressed when we visited

When in London was Safeway's(Morrison's now)had a nice one locally - they closed it, now they closed the one a bit further away as well, There cheap brands were not too yukky, they had some really good buys, now we have only the higher priced stores or have to go into London or Elsewhere adding to expenses as we do not have a car.I want Safeway's (sorry I mean Morrison's) back.

Pick n Pay. The best ...everything you need under one roof. Groceries, home improments, clothes, ect. Your one stop shop. Yes it's a Friendly Supermarket.

I hate all supermarkets, but don't have any choice but to shop at one as we don't have any independent retailers/butchers/green grocers/fish mongers/etc in our area.

The one we end up going to is Tesco as there's an Express literally outside our flat, and an Extra up the road.

supermarkets are set up to destroy farmers and small businesses and to create social alienation...
i go to Asda though as its cheap and has loads of stuff in it. i know that tesco is cheaper but maybe thats because they increase the above reasons.

Stop & Shop; they have everything and the store is well organized. Also, when you check out, you get coupons you can actually use!

Waitrose as everything in there is tasty. But I can't afford to shop there all the time.

Trader Joe's! They have great stuff there! I pay a lot less there than at other grocery stores.
