Pregnancy doesnt feel good. You will have pains, aches, pokes, jabs, cramps, pulls and all sorts of uncomfortable feelings.
Things can ACCOMPANY a miscarriage, but they are not SIGNS of one. Especially this early on. You will have cramps, even spotting, back pain, sharp pains, and all sorts of different feelings, including loss of symptoms. Short of heavy bleeding or unbearable cramping, there is nothing that gives a sign that a miscarriage is taking place, nothing that is any different from any other regular pregnancy symptom.
Many women have lower back pain from the onset of pregnancy. I happened to. Everyone I know did.
Unless you're bleeding or in the worst pain of your life, chill out.

Anytime you are concerned about anything, it's better to call your doctor than worry. You will never be the woman who cries wolf! Back pain in pregnancy can just be another normal symptom, and it's normal to feel "achy" in early pregnancy - your body is going through a lot of changes to make room for the baby. It's also normal for morning sickness and fatigue to occur off and on, and if you're feeling better at 8 weeks take advantage of it! Not everybody suffers like I did - I was still vomiting routinely at 18 weeks. Place a call to your doctor if you are worried, but I'd say you are just fine. The symptoms of a miscarriage are usually not easily overlooked, and you already said you're not spotting or cramping. I'm sure in about seven months you'll have a healthy baby in your arms! Best of luck and congrats!

It is natural for there to be some achiness. Generally if there is no bleeding or spotting there usually is no concern. But I think you should get in to see your doctor as soon as you can. He can verify if there is a problem by detecting a heartbeat. I have had 2 miscarriages, but I had bleeding with those. Better to get checked out than to sit and wonder if there is something wrong. There is nothing wrong with getting checked out. The first 3 months are always the hardest and every pregnant woman is paranoid. Good Luck and I hope this helps.

If you have been sick and tired, then that is a very positive sign which usually means you are having a healthy pregnancy. The more you feel like crap, the better the baby is doing. I wouldn't worry about it unless you start having bleeding or severe pains. Of course if you have concerns that are truly bothering you, then see your doctor. That's what they're there for.

as long as you don't have bleeding, i wouldn't call just yet, but definitely talk to your doctor on friday and let him/her know that you are concerned. i have had 2 miscarriages in the past and honestly you shouldn't worry until you see something to worry about, worry is not good for you or the baby . however, if you have other symptoms like fever or severe abdomimal pain, then call the doctor, other than that friday is only 2 days away.

Call them now. There is no way to know for sure unless you go in and have them check you. They will probably want you to come in right away. There is nothing wrong with calling them. Remember...you are paying them!
