Phew! You need to contact your province agricultural agent. Another thought is to do a search for the Cooperative Extension Service in the US state just south of you. Once you find them, most have extensive info on fruit tree spraying on their websites. Actually they pretty much copy from one another (LOL!) so the info is pretty uniform.

This time of year, you can spray with horticultural oil on the stems and bark. This will help smother insects seeking shelter on the trees. Do you have peach tree borers? They hit cherries too. There may be something you can do now for that.

Next late winter you can apply a limesulfur spray to burn off overwintering fungal spores. Also a dormant oil spray before the buds break further helps with the insect smothering. Both the oils and the lime sulfur are nontoxic to us and other animals (lime sulfur can burn skin...read the label).

As to what to spray during the growing season depends on your problems. It varies from region to region, hence contacting a local resource.
