I've seen seen sales pitches for miracle formulas that claim to fix leaks, large and small. But in all fairness, if used and applied correctly can any of them fix blown head gaskets? or actually stop leaks?

Some are a good TEMPORARY fix if you follow all the directions, but generaly cause more problems like plugging heater cores, radiators, small coolant ports inside the engine andlast less than two months.
If you were in the deserts of Panama, or the jungles of the Sahara, then it might be the only thing to get you home.
But, seeing as you're going to have to replace that blown head gasket anyway, why make it worse by adding some concoction that will make things worse in the long run?

No 'fix it simple' liquids will work in the long term. Liquid products form a coagulation that can also plug up water and oil passages in the engine. Head gasket replacement is the only permanent solution.
Probably not what you were hoping to hear.

I would never trust a "miracle cure" for a head gasket. The only way to fix a blown head gasket is a new gasket and making sure the mating surfaces of the head and the block are straight.

No. If you have a blown head gasket, replace it. The ad is for temp fix.

No these are just band-aids. They might help for awhile but sooner or later you'll be doing a head job.

no u would be as well cracking an egg in ur engine it would not do as much damage and has more of a chance of working
