No panic for me. I would actually be very calm and logical. I would rip up a shirt or something and tie pieces to branches at each turn so I could narrow down the possibilities. If I came to a dead end I could retrace my steps and put a big piece at the entrance so I wouldnt go there again. Pretty soon I would be naked wandering around the maze in the dark looking for pieces of my clothes when all of a sudden it will dawn on me to ring for help on my mobile!

No Panic. There is a way out of any maze. Just place your left hand on the left hedge and keep it there. Then just keep walking you will reach the exit. It may not be the quickest way out, but you will get out. Try it.

Well, I got lost in a house of mirrors once! Everyone else got through it just fine. I was okay with it. But someone came and rescued me 'cause I was taking too long in finding my way out. I reckon I wouldn't panic either in a maze - just take my ol' sweet time in finding a solution to the maze.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

Touch the hedge on the right and keep walking with your hand brushing the hedge. You might have a long journey, but eventually you'd find your way out.

These days it is rare not to have a cell phone on a person. That is such a blessing. One need not panic anywhere.
