My lap top it has to be charged a lot. And my mouse I bought half the time wont work but when it does good. Anyone else have these problems?

If it's the original battery that came with the pc it could be getting "tired". They do age and lose their longevity and charging capabilities.

Additionally, the PC manufacturer usually supplies a low end battery with the PC. Look into purchasing a battery with more cells and/or longevity in Watt Hours.

Read the label on your battery, and then look for something with the same voltage, amperage, and wattage output but with better capabilities as far as hours of use, etc.

Allow your laptop battery to run until it is completely dead, then charge it, this effectively will re-condition the battery and should give you between 1 to 2 hours use, if not you need a new battery.
As for the mouse make sure you connect it before you start up to allow windows to see it.

could be an old battery, they wear out. The mouse could just be a bad mouse. If it's still new, try and return it and get another.

mine lasts 2 hours without charging and my mouse work fine

Well the older the product is the less battery it holds. Or it may be if it used a lot.
