NO!

I suspect there are ways to clean a toothbrush because it's plastic with nylon bristles, but if there is only one between the two of you, why share. The old way to wash teeth was with a washcloth, which is merely a piece of material, so surely the neighbor can use a piece of material (even the bottom of their t-shirt then wash the t-shirt out with soap). So my answer to your question is "no".

HAVE YOU SEEN MY NEIGHBOR???? LOL - Absolutely NOT! You shouldn't lend your toothbrush to anyone, even family. If they are getting sick, you'll get sick! If you MUST share, do the boiling water thing. Although, admittedly, I have shared with my husband! But if we're going to kiss, what's the difference? So..........I guess the right answer is :"Do you kiss your neighbor????"

haha,is my neighbor so poor till they don't have any toothbrush?i don't think so but if they don't have toothbrush,i guess i would go to the nearest supermarket to buy for them as lending them is extremely unhygienic.

I would GIVE him a toothbrush. I wouldn't want it back. I am not that close with my neighbors.

No, to me it is like letting the neighbor use your razor. Just a little too personal for my tastes

When I got it back, I'd use it to scrub the toilet. Toothbrushes are cheap, I'd just buy a new one.

How HOT are they? Then just Bleach it for 2 days and run it under really scalding hot water. Still, probably not. I'd freak if my husband used it.
