Good deal for him and you still work outside home and pay Your own way ? Does that make you dumb or what?

I just moved in with my guy like 2 weeks ago. I have felt like I'm taking care of him some times, especially when it comes to cooking. However, on the other hand, he has taken part in keeping the place clean by vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen.

I don't think it makes anyone dumb if they have specific roles in the home. It's a collaborative effort.

Hopefully you'll move in with a guy that can cook and clean himself and take some of the burden off of you. I used to be engaged to a guy whom after I moved in with, discovered that he did not cook, DEFINITELY did not clean, and what's worse, his mother would come over our house and cook and clean FOR him! Yeah. We didn't get married.

NO if you are married you accept your position as his wife and you cook, clean, care for and have children, keep the home nice clean & presentable, as well as yourself
You look after your husband tending to his needs all of them
and you are NOT dumb but live in a thriving happy secure and loving marriage.

Heck no - I do have to admit that I like cooking for him but he cooks for me as well. I help him with his laundry and he helps me with car projects, etc. It's pretty even. As for paying, we're to a point now where we take turns, especially when money is tight for either one of us.

Now my ex-husband, on the other hand, that's a different story.
