What months are accounting audit season....?

I know that there are some prep work done before year end and then most are done in Jan-Feb for calendar year org? But do they also do it sometime after June?

Jan-Feb is THE peak for audit firms, but June-July is another, although smaller, peak, because of the companies with June 30 as the financial year-end.
