can i buy these cards in stores that way i wont have to order them offline? if so can u tell me where

You can buy prepaid credit cards at the store, I don't know about debit cards.

Why are you purchasing Prepaid Debit Cards? They are expensive.

If they are for your personal use....open an account with a Bank and deposit the money into the account so that you can access via debit card.

If they are to be used for a Gift Card...just send the cash.

If you are using to transfer funds to someone you care, just open an account with a Bank and send them the debit card. Once you fund the account, the other person can withdraw using the debit card.

Greendot makes a good one that can be found at walgreen, cvs, riteaid, walmart, etc.

They work just like a debit card
