Use Norton Partion Magic to Merge the 2 together.

You may use whatever utility you have, or Partition Commander or PartitionMagic. They offer such options as changing the size of partitions and converting from different file systems.

Best way is use disk manager and delete both partitions and create a new one (assuming there is no data on them you NEED to keep !!!
