If an aborted fetus is not a person, then I don't think there should be any rules of disposing of it except for ordinary sanitation rules that would apply to any kind of surgery in which body parts are amputated. The reason is because that's all the fetus would be--biological tissue. If a fetus is not a person, then removing it is just like removing a tumor or an organ or a limb or something.

There are rules, in no case is the fetus whether through natural abortion, (miscarriage) or induced abortion given full burial or any other form of ritual disposition.
They are classified as products of conception, and if they have never drawn breath, they are disposed of as medical waste

As far as I know, aborted fetuses are disposed of by incineration, the same as other medical waste. It would be considered a bio hazard and handled as such.
