norton cant remove it . i am distressed Please help

I hope you have a good antivirus program.
Suggest you run it in Safe Mode - this way you should be able to catch any self-executable files.
Restart your computer to get to Safe Mode:
>>>As soon as you see the system trying to load (it will probably be black and white)
>>>and before Windows tries to load,
>>>press and hold the F8 key.

Click Start, Run. Run your AV program. When it is finished, you will “EXIT” to Windows. Your desktop icons will probably be out of order – just drag them back. I would Restart, then run a full system scan to be safe.
