They also eat brown hay, flower blossoms, possibly other stuff.

Because green grass does not get converted into white milk. I know that's what you're thinking. All the cow gets from the grass is nutrients, not the chlorophyll.

The color of what they eat has absolutely nothing to do with the color of the milk they produce.
