You have a pretty good mix on your hand, but none of them in the size of groups they're suppose to be
you have tiger barbs (which need to be in a group of at least 5-6 to cut down aggression towards other fish)
you have serpae tetras which are also suppose to be in a group of at least 5-6
then there are black skirt tetras, also in a group of at least 6
then there are neon tetras, also schoolingfish of at least 6
The blue ones are definately cichlids, which look like electric blue cichlids
And i also saw a couple of guppies
Just for the guppies, tetras, and barbs you need at least a 15 gallon tank
For you cichlids you will need at least a 20 gallon tank just for the pair you have
You should see that you give the fish the schools they deserve, instead of going out there and buying a new species every time you shop
And tiger barbs will nip a bettas fins
and a betta will go after the serpae tetras because of their long fins
Hope that helps
Good luck

In the 1st picture the larger black striped one is called a black tetra the smaller red/orange ones are called serpae tetra. I can't tell for sure what the fish in the last picture with the neons are but it appears to be some type of African Chiclid but its definaly not a German Blue Ram or a Kirb which are the only ones it is save to keep in a community tank. They generally get quite large and need completly diffrent water conditions than most communtiy tropical fish. Unless you want to set up a tank specifically for them I would recommend returning them.

Black and white = black skirt tetra.
Red/orange with dark spot = serpae tetra.
The tetras are considered community fish and would do fine with other tetras and cory cats. And the betta.
If the others are cichlids, they should be in a separate tank from the betta and tetras.

The pinkish ones are NEON TETRAS and the other ones are chiclids or maybe Grounomies

Hi,
Well the reddish/pinkish fish are called serpae tetras. They are fin nippers towards fish with long pretty tails like bettas and need to be kept in a group of at least 3, though 4 is better. I wasn't sure if you asked about the two black fish you have but the are called black skirt tetras. As for the blue fish, it looks they look like a type of cichlid or a rainbow, possibly

-an electric blue cichlid http://www.alloddballaquatics.com/cichlids/Electric_Blue.jpg
This what a german blue ram looks like, I don't think they are those- http://www.discusmadness.com/images/Discus%20Tips/german-ram.gif
I would recommend returning the serpae tetras or trading them for 2 more black skirt tetras or 2 more neons seeing as it looks like you only have 2 of them and they need to be in a group of at least 4. Also, serpaes will bite the tail fins of the betta, guppies, and black skirt tetras. They need to go in a tank that has fast moving fish with out long tails like danios, rasboras, other more aggressive tetras, etc. Put the neons in the tank with the guppies, they will be fine with them and the black skirt tetras. As for the cichlids, maybe go back to the store and see what they are called. I am guessing you will have to return them unless you have a 29 gallon tank or bigger just for a certain type of cichlids.
Hope This Helps!!!

the blue one is an electric ble chiclid (african) and is one of the more aggresive chiclids and will kill stuff 3x its own size, but not eat it. if you are talking about the one in the middle it is an arch fish and is also very agressive your fish will not live more than a month together. i am 100% on the blue ones.

It is a Red-Tiger Oscar. We had one of those, albino and golden Oscar. What is wrong with your fish that he is on the verge of dying? Mine got hold-in the head disease very common in Oscars I guess. I hope your fish will be OK. GoodLuck
