How many times could one recycle their own urine before it becomes too saline to drink? (e.g., One is out of water, only fluids left is what comes out...)

Probably a few days assuming you drink or eat nothing else but urine. Urine is mostly just water.

There was one time when drinking urine featured in the news here in the Philippines. Some people even do that and they advise to drink your own urine if you have mostly eaten vegetables. They believe it can have some beneficial effects in their body. But how gross that thing is! There are other ways to improve our health. That is really an insane assumption.
Then what's next? Eating your feces?! Yuck! Lol....

It's probably too acidic and saline the first time around. The problem with salt water is that it makes you more thirsty. You're better off going without. To an extent, semen is better, although there isn't enough of it by volume to help.

That's a good question. But since it is a closed system, won't everything stay relatively equal? Mass in = mass out.
And for everyone else...urine is probably the most sterile thing you can drink (as long as it hasn't been sitting around for a while). I once heard a famous doctor say he would rather be peed on than spit on. There are much more germs in spit than in urine.
It's still pretty gross, though.

It's not a faucet! The high salt content will probably increase in your urine.. eventually becoming equivalent to drinking salt water... (but taste a whole lot worse)

It shouldn't be done at all-there are toxins in urine that can make you very sick and even cause death.It is how the body rids of them.
