One meal would be evening meal, I dont eat unless I have to... food doesnt fit in to my life very well! I only eat once a day anyway!
And Companion thats a tough one, I would figure would have to be my best guy mate, he been really great of late, nothing more that friends, but been really supportive when I needed it bless him!

My favourite time of day is 5.30 pm when my hubby walks in through the door from work, my one meal a day would be salmon with asparagus and new potato's and the only companion I want for life is my hubby.
