depends on where we are talking about keeping souvenirs from.... don't wanna get violated so I'll keep it clean. anything i go to that has a program i get one. a hockey game, baseball game, race track, football game, golf tournament, where ever it may be from i have a stack of them in my safe at home. i actually took my little 6 month old to his first mlb game a couple of weeks ago and bought him a program and kept his ticket stub for him. i also bought just about every magazine and newspaper there was when he was born so that 20 years down the line he can see what life was like when he was born.

I actually have a room in the house just for all the souvenirs I've accumulated through out the years. Maybe one day I'll go though them and reminisce.

Everyone does whether they admit to it or not. Photos are souvenirs of special occasions, that ticket stub from the movie you seen on your very first date. Baby's first booties that you had bronzed. Presents, Pressed flowers from that special Dance. Anyone that collects things, Are they not keeping souvenirs?

Yes, but I also only buy souveniers worth keeping. No mugs, no snow-globes, no t-shirts, no miniature buildings, nothing with the name of the location on it. If the item I'm buying wasn't made where I'm buying it, then I'm not paying for it. So if I'm in the Southwest and there's a rug or something I like that looks like it's local but turns out that it was made in China, I'm not getting it.
