You will be in even bigger trouble going to court without your parents' knowledge. What makes you think they will never find out? What makes you think you will keep your license? Insurance rates for you will go up if you get a guilty judgement, I guess you figure they won't find that out too. If your fears are based on being grounded (maybe you should take a break from driving), losing driving priveleges, or a lot of yelling, or a lot of "what were you thinking?", "How could you?" thats not too bad, those consequences can be endured. So tell them, sweat it out and tell them, you may have other options than a guilty plea, you may need a lawyer etc. The parents may also help.
If your fears are due to potential physical harm, talk with the police or a Child Protective professional, you should never be put in physical danger by your family.
Your sister being 18 does not legally make her your guardian, just old enough that if she breaks the law, she is treated as an adult.

Your Sister is not your guardian as long as your parents are alive. You only have a guardian if your parents, for whatever reason, can no longer take care of you. The insurance company will inform them anyways.

The judge will undoubtedly ask if she is your legal guardian. It's questionable that she will be accepted. Legal guardian requests is so an authorizing adult is aware of the severity of allegations and consequences are followed through.

No, if she shows up and does not have documentation they will call your parents. Even if they did count her, your auto insurance rates will go up. The state provides the info to your insurance company. Your parents will find out, it is better that you tell them.

No, a sibling is not a guardian. Face the music and tell your parents. Or, perhaps you would rather have the judge call them?

Go ahead try it. You'll be wasting your time. You'll be ordered to return to court with one of your parents. Better fess up. You're only postponing the inevitable.

Face up to it and tell your folks. You need a parent with you. They will be pissed but they are your best allies. You did something stupid and now you have to face the consequences. It is all part of growing up.
