I am looking to share office space in Dubai.
I need space for 1 person only, as long as I can get a lease contract or sub lease contract for company registration purposes.
I tried "virtual offices" but they don’t give leasing or renting contracts.
What’s my best bet?

Hi,
Look in Gulf News, Properties book, look for "Commercial to Let" section. There you will find plenty of office space for you to rent. It is up to your budget if you can afford it or not.
But if you only want the space to get the company registered, then my suggestion is, go get the space in Ajman. The rent there are a lot cheaper and with that license you can work in Dubai as well. My close friend just did the same thing a couple of months back and it works.
