I'm on CD33 - no period/neg PT after 1st cycle of Clomid 50mg, does this mean I probably didn't ovulate?

yes it could mean that u didn't ovulate, your dr then would upper your dose to 100mg, make sure you are getting moniter whiles taking the drug so that you'll no if your ovulating or not, I was taking it and not being monitor, when I went to the dr after 3 cycles of clomid my ovaries was enlarge. On my 1st cycle my AF was 48 days long so when you don't ovulate your cycle would be irreguler

Or you could be pregnant, because pregnant women don't get there period for a few weeks.

Sometimes drugs aren't just that dependable.
