Even with 3 pop up blockers running, it's almost inevitable that the odd one will get through . If this is a recent thing, and none have been getting through up until now, it might be worth your while running a virus scan.

Chances are the popups are to do with spyware on your computer and not regular popups on a website (which a popup blocker would block). Run a check to see if there's anything dodgy going on.
If you need spyware checking software then I'd recommend SpyBot. Also, Spyware that creates popups often sits in your windows prefetch folder. Run ATF Cleaner to clean this folder out (it's okay, there's nothing in this folder that you actually need).

You need to get Ad Aware and scan your system. Most likely you have a virus. I use AVG (the free version) for my anti-virus software. I also use Mail Washer to delete all my spam before I ever download it, so it can't infect my machine.
And if you're not already, switch to FireFox for your browser. IE is very vulnerable to attack.
