I know many things are cheaper in outlet malls like Harbour Town. But what about stuff like Oroton's and Ralph Lauren's ? Are they really a lot cheaper than they normally are?

Usually you'll save $25-50 depending on the brand of clothes and/or store. But you have to keep in mind that most of the item on outlet stores are out of season.

If you catch something at the end of season clearance at the outlet mall you may get a good deal but most of the time the prices are no cheaper than you can get in your hometown during a good store sale.

I've never found any real deals in those places. It's just a bunch of marketing to make you think that. You might save a few bucks but not enough to warrant the trip unless you live near one. I usually find better deals at most of the stores when they have sales compared to the outlet malls.

ehhh not really. i went to a ralph lauren outlet and got two long sleeve polo's that were each said to be marked at $79.00 regular priced, but in the outlet they were marked down to $59... so whatever, $20 difference, but it's not like you already aren't spending wayy too much money!! hahaahah

It depends a lot on where you live. I have actually seen things higher in outlets than regular stores.
