I don't like to hear happy songs when I'm down, I like sad songs to realize that other people suffer from love just like me.
By the way, my favorite sad song is Child Psychology by the Black Box Recorder
"Life is unfair... kill yourself or get over it"

A song I listen to when I'm sad would be the song called Leningrad by Billy Joel. It's beautiful yet sad. Like you, I don't listen to happy songs when I'm depressed. It just doesn't work.

Sometimes the sad songs do it for me too. "You Don't Know My Name" Alicia Keys' LIVE version, not the one she talks in. :-) Another good one is "Beautiful Day" by U2. Anything by Moby. Seal is another good one for the sad stuff that makes me happier, and also Rob Thomas or Matchbox 20. "Push" gets me angry with myself for anything I put up with, for example, so my mood eventually turns happier or more positive.

If nothing else is working though, it's back to "Walking on Sunshine" by J-Lo. :-) Try singing along. When you sing along to stuff, you force yourself to say the words and maybe even giggle a bit at yourself....

properly, the 1st component that got here to my ideas replaced into we are adult adult males in tights [a million] which isn't precisely what you want, however the lyrics might in wonderful condition that. yet i think of it unquestionably says to be pleased with your self no rely how stupid you look. yet i think of you forgot the evergreen Eye of the Tiger [2]. Son of guy [3] from Tarzan must be yet another one. This one is in all likelihood extra known do not lose administration [4] properly, those are songs from my number of youtube, there are in all likelihood particularly some them and that i in all likelihood like particularly some them, yet they don't spring to ideas suited now i'm not sure I understand that final sentence of yours. Do you advise that songs that empower woman positioned adult adult males down via telling anybody to love themselves? what's incorrect with that? and that i don't think of that purple places down adult adult males and that i think of that she makes songs to empower women human beings. i think of that adult adult males empowering songs are extra diffused, because of the fact particularly some adult adult males do not prefer to be reported what to do.
