What is meant when it said that someone "has no lips"? I was once offered lunch by someone who when he had his mouth closed it looked like a line drawn on a smooth surface. Is this the kind of person that is meant? Are very tiny lips also considered as "no lips". This description is not commom in African countries so it's new to me but I've pondered over this issue ever since I first read of it here.

some ethnic groups (like Europeans) have relatively thin lips and that's what is meat by "no lips". Since you are African, you probably don' even kow anyone with no lips, sicne we people of African descent ae often blessed with full luscious lips :-)

Yes, in America people will say no lips when in reality they mean very thin lips or as you say a line drawn on a smooth surface. It's like a woman saying she has no breast which is ridiculous because we all have breast. The woman is saying she has small breast.

Just talking about someone who has really thin lips. Like the Fire Marshall Bill character Jim Carrey played on In Living Color.
