it is not where i sleep because i move a lot no matter where i sleep including friends houses, on the floor, on the couch and on my bed.

Just be thankful that you are sleeping. Lot's of people can't sleep and have to be spending a fortune going to doctors..

You could be reacting to your dreams. It also could be that certain muscles are relaxing or tensing, causing you to change position.

probably because of your dreams... before sleeping relax, don't think too much
