Excellent question. I would like to hear her say that she would repeal the patriot act (a major criticism of Bush), but no comments on her about that. I would like to hear her say that she would end domestic wiretapping. Silence. I would like to hear her say that she would provide true leadership in health care reform. Only more government intervention, less competition and more cost. These are issues on which I often agree with the Democrats however, Hillary is not on the side of the individual in any of these issues.

Well, I sure haven't heard Hillary say what "freedoms" she would take away, if any at all. Hillary has made populist appeals, the $5,000 per baby, and, $1,000 for Keogh accounts for Americans.
Setting aside the silliness of the ideas for a moment, they would really only equal in federal funds about what we spend in 2 months in Iraq, NOT including the "regular" military budget. The sky is not falling on this, at all.
Hillary wants an emphasis placed on people, not, corporations, which, given the last 7 years, may not be such a bad idea, after all.

Maybe you should look at what Hillary has already done.
- Promoting small business has been the corner Stone of her political career.
oh now that we are discussing Hillary, you want to reduce intrusion of the central government, while not being up in arms about it in reference to Bush....typical.
yes lets use Bush as an example, because Romney, Guiliani and McCain will follow right in Bush's foot steps.
How funny you want to ignore all of Bush accomplishments after you have been such a faithful and loyal follower, but now NOW that he has doomed the republican party, exactly the way libs said he would, NOW you want to forget about him??!
I wish we could forget all about Bush. But after what he has done, he'll be a prime example of the Republican's best for a long time to come ....HAR HAR HAR!

With socialized health care you can go anywhere outside of our country for immediate medical attention.
But due to 67,349 mandates you'll not be able to come back.
The $5,000 she's giving your baby won't even be a drop in the bucket for education 18 years from now, so if you don't use it for college knowing you can't get through 1/3rd of a year, you have to pay it back "in full" with 17% interest.
Knowing this ahead of time (after watching the first 2% of citizens getting seriously burned financially...)
Gives you all the freedom you need. (Per Hillary.)

Nope... not from Hillary, Rudy or any of the other people running.
The party names may not be the same, but the effectiveness of each is. Regardless who buys the vote this time - nothing will change. Not unless, or until "we the people" take a stand and demand of our elected officials; Truth, Justice and Proper Representation.

No, but I heard another one of her absurd announcements yesterday, that she would like to start a "Federal Savings Plan" . I thought that was called Social Security. Now she wants to start a new fund, that the workers put into and the government matches the 1st 1000. Instead of creating a new program, why doesn't she advocate fixing the broken one or do away with it. She obviously must feel that Social Security isn't working or she would advocate a new plan. She plans on getting the money to pay for this by removing the estate tax exemption. So back to paying another tax when my mother dies. By the way when Bush wanted to overhaul Social Security and let taxpayers invest their own money he was shouted down from the left.

Like it or not, I think Hillary Clinton is going to win the White House. Conservative need to realize this and concentrate on the congressional races. The important races are going to be the congressional races. If conservatives can regain the congress, it would prevent an overly liberal agenda from being passed during Clinton's term.
I see no hope of a Republican win in the White House in 08. It just ain't gonna happen.
