I have read that Vicente Fox's autobiography\memoirs ridcule Bush's Spanish skills. However, I only found one small article. Is this true and does anyone have a source? IK this is a weird question, but I want to know. Spam answers will be flagged. Ten points to best answer!

I don't think he really said that much about his Spanish skills, other than to say they were "grade school level". He had much more controversial assessments to make:

From what I have seen of interviews with Vicente Fox, it seems to me that he thinks Bush is an idiot, a sucker, and a fool. Probably the only way you are going to get the full story on this if to pick up a copy of his autobiography and read it for yourself instead of relying on second-hand articles.

Bush is making the the same fool out of himself in his dealings with Vladimir Putin, so Fox may be right in what he says.

JHe was on bill O'Reilly on 10-9 and said he made some jokes and mocked people in the book for fun. I do not think his comments about other world learders are disrespctful.

I don't speak Spanish, but when Bush TRIES to speak Spanish, I understand everything he says (HE SUCKS AT SPANISH, HE CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH)
